St. Luke's Health System Pediatric Mental Health Therapy Supervisor in Boise, Idaho

Overview

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Behavioral Health professionals strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.

Clinical Supervisor will work directly with Outpatient Clinical Managers as well as Mental Health Therapist teams at CNM Boise, CNM Nampa and Co-located Therapists. Clinical Supervisor will provide direct patient care 60% of the time. Additionally, clinical supervisor will provide monthly supervision, support with new clinician on-boarding and track documentation compliance.

What You Can Expect:

  • Salaried Position

  • Working Supervisor split 60/40

  • Monday-Friday schedule

  • Full Benefits with hospital contributions

  • In house continuing education, 3 Paid Education Days annually and Education Funding ($1000 annually)

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters Degree

  • Experience: 2 years experience

  • Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a License in the State of Practice in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
