What does a great Business Consultant do?
Clover Business Solutions, a Fiserv Company, is a recognized leader in helping small business merchants (SMB) thrive through innovative solutions. We are seeking upbeat, tech-savvy, results driven sales hunters for our field-based Sales Executive positions.
You will be responsible for representing Clover, an innovative platform that includes point-of-sale hardware, business applications and services tailored to the unique needs of small and medium sized businesses. You will have an opportunity to grow existing merchant wallet share by cross selling and up selling new hardware solutions and value-added services such as Clover Capital, Rapid Deposit, and a host of other uncapped residual compensated solutions. In addition, you will acquire new merchants in partnership with the Marketing/Demand Generation team who leverage our market leading data and analytics capabilities and campaigns to drive merchant interest and demand.

As a Business Consultant, you can look forward to:
Generating and growing a pipeline in this outside business to business environment (B2B) via calling, emailing and face to face interactions.
Territory planning through CRM and lead generation tools.
Building credibility and value in our solution through strategic research and preparation.
Establish and collaborate with centers of influence and referral relationships to win new business.
Work in partnership with our lead generation and marketing team to facilitate sales meetings.

Is seeking a Business Development role with an opportunity to command the sales process of Clover leads created through our best in class lead acquisition engine. You have a passion for proactively prospecting and “hunting” via networking and building relationships in and around your local communities. You have the ability to develop a plan to effectively build pipeline and generate top line revenue growth. You listen to clients, understand their needs and determine how you can help them achieve their goals. You are technologically savvy and comfortable with tablet and cloud-based solutions. You can apply technology to help grow small businesses. You have a track record of commitment and dedication to achieving superior results. You are highly self-motivated and have the ability to identify and close on opportunities. Your professional presence allows you to effectively work with clients and executives.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
Bilingual skills a plus
Experience in a quota driven self-sourcing sales environment for small to medium size clients
Merchant sales experience
Demonstrated success in achievement of aggressive sales goals
