Position Summary
The Operations Manager for the Idaho Crisis and Suicide Hotline (ICSH) holds a key leadership position, responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of the crisis center. This role ensures the efficient use of human and financial resources while maintaining 24/7 staffing and high-quality service delivery. Working both autonomously and collaboratively with the ICSH Leadership Team, the Operations Manager develops and implements operational procedures, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
This position focuses on responsible stewardship of resources, balancing cost-effectiveness with the need for adequate staffing and high-performance outputs. The Operations Manager is accountable for meeting contractually mandated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and organizational metrics, utilizing data-driven strategies to monitor and improve performance. Through active engagement in continual quality improvement, recruitment, and employee development, the Operations Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive, ethical workplace culture while ensuring ICSH meets its mission and objectives.
