Our client, a world leader in memory and storage solutions, is seeking a Onboarding Program Manager to join their dynamic team in Boise. As an Onboarding Program Manager you will enhance the onboarding programs and ensure exceptional experiences for new hires and hiring managers. In this role, you will be a key member of the Global Onboarding team, leveraging your expertise to improve onboarding processes and manage cross-functional projects. If you have at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR then this is the role for you.

salary: $65 - $68 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

As a Onboarding Program Manager, Job duties include:

• Develop and deliver outstanding onboarding experiences tailored to hybrid, in-person, and virtual settings, ensuring a seamless integration for new hires.

• Manage and support global and regional partnerships, fostering solid relationships to provide scalable and streamlined onboarding solutions.

• Create opportunities for new hires to connect and build a sense of belonging throughout their onboarding journey.

• Lead global onboarding initiatives aligned with organizational goals and collaborate with program partners to drive continuous improvement.

• Utilize AI-powered platforms to deliver personalized and efficient onboarding solutions, incorporating advanced technology into the onboarding process.

• Track and analyze onboarding survey data, deriving actionable insights and recommendations to enhance the overall onboarding experience.

Skills:

• 5+ years in Learning and Development, HR, with a focus on onboarding program management and process improvement.

• Proven ability in public facilitation, with advanced skills in leading, engaging, and captivating participants.

• Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and patterns, supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance onboarding processes.
