Job Description:

  • Oversee all aspects of spending, including capital investments, software licenses, labor costs, and operational expenses.

  • Monitor budget performance, track variances, and recommend adjustments as needed.

  • Build and lead a team of financial analysts, and provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

  • Handle global budgets spanning multiple departments and ensure compliance with financial policies and guidelines.

  • Address complexities related to global operations, diverse cost structures, and varying priorities.

  • Mitigate risks associated with budget constraints and changing business dynamics

  • Work closely with department heads across different regions to understand their financial needs and align budget delivery and finance strategies.

  • Collaborate on cost-saving initiatives, investment decisions, and resource allocation. Communicate financial insights IT department leaders and corporate finance stakeholders.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Partner with the Procurement and Finance organization to ensure accurate spend recognition and reporting and multi-year fiscal planning for complex hardware and software contracts
