As an intern in the Advanced Memory Integration team at Micron, you will be part of a world-class team in charge of developing the next generation CMOS devices employed in the most groundbreaking Memory and Computer products. You will work on developing CMOS solutions for the future generations of DRAM and Emerging Memories necessary to meet the required array efficiency and data rate requirements as well as the product timelines.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Contribute to the device technology development of state-of-the-art CMOS providing solutions that are compatible with the memory architecture

Perform electrical characterization of CMOS devices and CMOS circuits to identify device improvement directions

Contribute to the fundamental understanding of CMOS technology and its impact on overall product figures of merit

Collaborate with Design, TCAD and modelling groups

Collaborate with product, probe, reliability, process, characterization, layout, and other teams

Qualifications:

A strong understanding of semiconductor devices, processes and characterization techniqu

Hands on experience with data analysis, device characterization and process integration is essential

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Proven reporting skills are required

Education Requirements:

Working towards completion of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the following areas: material science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics or related discipline.

Graduation date should not be prior to September 2025
