THE WORK:
You'll assist in the development and execution of the project’s Quality Assurance Plan, ensuring alignment with owner requirements. Support the establishment and maintenance of quality management systems, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
You'll review construction plans, specifications, and submittals to confirm that quality requirements are integrated and adhered to. Monitor on-site construction processes and ensure adherence to quality control protocols and procedures defined by the owner.
You'll conduct inspections on materials, equipment, and construction activities to confirm compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Oversee and coordinate testing and sampling of construction materials, ensuring alignment with owner specifications and relevant standards.
You'll witness third-party testing activities, ensuring proper certification and documentation of results. Verify the installation and commissioning of systems to ensure they meet quality and functional requirements.
You'll serve as the liaison with clients and stakeholders to ensure all quality requirements and expectations are met. Work closely with project managers, contractors, and consultants to address quality-related concerns and enhance processes.
You'll coordinate with contractors and suppliers to verify compliance with approved quality standards and procedures. Identify and document non-conformance issues, assisting contractors in developing and implementing corrective actions.
You'll facilitate quality review meetings and provide technical guidance on QA/QC practices to align with owner expectations. Participate in training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of quality among project teams and stakeholders.
You'll maintain comprehensive records of inspections, test results, and quality performance metrics for owner review. Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports, including inspection logs, test plans, and non-conformance records, for owner review. Analyze quality performance data to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to construction processes.
You'll stay updated on industry trends, codes, and innovations in quality assurance and control practices.
You'll support project closeout processes, ensuring all as-built documentation and final quality certifications are complete and accurate. Provide input on lessons learned to improve quality management for future projects.
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) OR additional four (4) years of related experience
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in QA/QC for mechanical and electrical systems for data centers or other mission-critical facilities
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in commissioning complex infrastructure projects and a proven track record of managing MEP teams
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Ability to travel or relocate to project location
Knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and best practices (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM, ANSI, or equivalent).
Familiarity with testing and inspection methods for construction materials and systems, particularly for mission-critical projects.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in QA/QC tools and software for reporting, tracking, and documentation.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Certification in quality management or inspection (e.g., Certified Quality Technician - CQT) is preferred.
