Aide more experienced staff in the lesser duties associated with stonework. Clean and prepare work-site. Cut sandstone to size specified by experienced staff for installation, using powers saws or tile cutters. Move, sort and stack stone. Will perform work at our headquarters and occasionally travel to various local stone quarries in the Boise area. Must have 3-months experience in hardscape or stonework. No educational requirements. OJT provided. \$21.00/p/h, overtime wage rate of \$31.50, overtime including weekend work may be available but is not guaranteed, general schedule of 40h/w, 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri. Applicants may be offered higher than the advertised wage rate due to experience or merit. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wage due. Workers will be paid on a bi-weekly basis. The employer will make all deductions from workers paychecks that are required by law. The employer will provide optional housing accommodations from a third-party if relocating for the position and not within reasonable transport to jobsite. If employer-arranged housing is utilized the worker will be deducted approximately \$50 per week. If relocating for the position, the cost of transportation and subsistence to the place of employment will be reimbursed, if half of the employment period is completed. This reimbursement will be calculated by the exact cost of the transportation expense by airplane or bus fare, as well as subsistence expenses calculated at the at the minimum amount of \$15.88 per 24-hour period of travel and the maximum amount of \$59.00 per day. Return transportation and subsistence will be provided if the employment period is completed, or if dismissed early. When work is required to be performed at the quarry the employer will provide transportation to and from the secondary jobsite. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees that are to the benefit of the employer. All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job will be provided to workers at no charge. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period.
