This Technician role in Boise, ID values your skills in fixing, installing, updating, and modifying hardware and software. Join a collaborative team committed to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, configure, and fix PCs and servers to ensure flawless operation.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to set up and modify test platforms using interposers or ball grid array (BGA) sockets.

• Provide outstanding support by resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.

• Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process

• Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings

• Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.

• Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required

• May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience using logic analyzers and oscilloscopes to collect and analyze data preferred.

• Proven expertise in hardware, firmware, and software understanding is helpful, but not required.

• Knowledge of Micron Modules is an asset but not mandatory.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on days or nights, including some weekends.

• Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• A new perspective that embraces continuous improvement for our processes or products.

Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree or other technical training, including military background, is preferred.

• Knowledge in computer systems and/or DRAM operation.

• Demonstrated ability to work strictly within industry standards and protocols to ensure system compatibility.

• Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced and competitive environment is advantageous.
