Micron is seeking an exceptional Engineering Shift Lead for our PCVD (Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition) team in Boise. Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the PCVD department to ensure flawless production operations

• Collaborate with teams from various departments to establish production goals and devise effective strategies to achieve them.

• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas of improvement and optimize processes

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to develop their skills and expertise

Requirements:

• Equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field is acceptable.

• Proven experience in a similar engineering role, preferably in the semiconductor industry

• Proficient analytical skills to effectively address intricate technical problems

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
