Summary:

Horizon Technical Art team is looking for a technical art producer to join our multidisciplinary team. As a technical art producer, you will help build a social User Generated Content (UGC) platform where people can find people, places, and things they care about.

Required Skills:

Art Producer, Metaverse Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine mutual vision, goals and project requirements for product features

2. Establish and create processes to help the technical art team run efficiently and smoothly

3. Proactively identify and mitigate production red flags while executing against rapidly evolving targets

4. Consistently communicate with cross functional partners in providing schedules and timelines into the overall product development programs

5. Manage relationships with cross functional teams for critical input on targets and localized content

6. Handle asynchronous communication of the team’s progress and achievements in our internal system.

7. Track asset pipeline, releases, and versioning

8. Manage relationships with cross functional teams for critical input on targets and localized content.

9. Manage relationships with external vendors and outsource teams for critical milestones, targets and content development.

10. Track asset pipeline, releases, and versioning that pertain to Avatar content developed by outsource and internal art teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

11. 3+ years of experience in game development, animation, film, or interactive media.

12. Experience driving the production process and shipping large, multi-medium projects with 3D pipelines.

13. Proven experience prioritizing and juggling multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines.

14. Experience working cooperatively with artists, engineers, product managers and designers.

15. Leadership, communication, and diplomatic skills.

16. Experience with production toolsets (e.g. ShotGrid, Asana, Jira, Trello).

17. Interest for empowering teams to produce high-quality results

Public Compensation:

$126,000/year to $175,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
