ThisAdministrative Assistant 2position in our Building, Construction, and Real Estate Bureau is a great opportunity for a professional who's looking to provide consumer protection and public safety for all Idahoans. This position will serve as a Board Support Specialist for the Building, Construction, and Real Estate Boards.

Example of Duties:
Perform various functions supporting regulatory Boards, including setting up Board meetings, generating and posting agendas, compiling and distributing agenda materials, and drafting and publishing meeting minutes
Tracking Board member terms and appointments
Developing and editing letters and other correspondence as directed
Making travel arrangements and processing vouchers
Communicating with Board members, licensees, the public and staff
Minimum Qualifications:
Good knowledge of:
Office support functions including word processing, filing, composing a variety of business documents, and reception
Researching, compiling, and summarizing data for reports
Experience:
Interpreting, applying and explaining complex information such as regulations, policies, or services
Independently solving problems/performing liaison activities in a work setting
Coordinating activities requiring complex arrangements
Minimum Qualifications Specialties:
Experience:
Composing official correspondence, reports, and other complex documents
Taking minutes
Preferred Qualifications:
Using Microsoft Access
Some knowledge of state and local government organization structure
