Integrated Solutions Sales Manager: Responsible for managing multiple customer collaborations simultaneously, focusing on both process and equipment design for Upstream Cell Culture and Downstream Purification. They will develop complex proposals that match customer processing needs to highly defined process solutions and present these proposals to key stakeholders. Utilizing their project management experience, they will bring multiple large-scale manufacturing projects through various stages of development, ranging from pre-clinical to commercial approval. They will oversee the regional Integrated Solutions sales implementation, including lead identification, strategic evaluation, selling cycle, and financial solutions. Additionally, they will manage local PSMs to ensure proper updates in CRM and CPT for pre- and post-sales activ1t1es. Defining partnership agreements to successfully differentiate from competition will be a key responsibility. They will advise customers on technology transfer and equipment scale-up from bench top to full-scale production. They will conduct consulting discussions with customers regarding disposable, hybrid, and stainless steel process solutions, as well as engineering designs and automation. Furthermore, they will facilitate commercial project teams on Integrated Solutions opportunities, acting as the local sponsor and leader for these teams in customer projects, focusing on commercial and technical details during the sales process.Min.
