At Iron Mountain Mexico we are looking for a Learning and Development Manager with strong English level proficiency. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, creating content for, and managing the end to end delivery of training programs that enhance employee skills and overall performance across the organization. A key focus will be on developing and facilitating engaging learning experiences, as well as overseeing the entire lifecycle of training projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a strong combination of facilitation skills, project management expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement in learning and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full lifecycle of training projects, including the creation of project plans, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.

  • Work independently, collaborating with SMEs and key stakeholders to identify training needs and design programs

  • Lead the facilitation of training sessions, ensuring that learning objectives are met through interactive and engaging methods.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and impact of learning experiences.

  • Represent the Global Talent COE across multiple business units in the Account Management structure. You are the key point of contact, taking ownership of the relationship between the COE & the business, and advocating for Talent Management processes & Talent Development initiatives.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong English communication. Overall proficiency and global exposure.

  • Proven ability to facilitate training sessions effectively

  • Strong project leadership skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience in designing and developing training programs that are aligned with business goals

  • A global mindset, with the ability to design and implement programs that meet the needs of a diverse, multinational workforce.

  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders and key stakeholders

  • Advanced skills in all google suite applications, specifically Slides, Sheets and GMail functionality

  • Preferred Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or facilitation (e.g., ATD).

  • Preferred proficiency using Articulate 360 suite
