This position will be focused on the CSS Business within J&J MedTech. You will influence and collaborate with key partners across key LATAM markets to drive Excellence in Execution around four interdependent strategic objectives:
Focal point for Global Plan
Ownership of regional IBP process/franchise
Leadership of Regional Governance and ownership of Regional Scorecard
Roll up of regional planning by franchise
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Regional Service Level and Inventory Review
Executes comprehensive analysis of supply chains to develop and implement continuous improvements that deliver target service levels while achieving inventory objectives and optimizing total costs
Global Handover of IBP and Regional Franchise Review with Commercial partners.
Develop and execute supply chain strategy for CSS business in the region, with accountability to drive supply chain performance
Execute ad hoc analytics that support key initiatives and projects; provide analysis and recommendations around project feasibility
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
Master’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a complex Supply Chain environment and a proven leadership track record in managing end-to-end supply chain and with in-depth experience in at least 2 of the following functional areas: manufacturing, planning or distribution.
Experience in Healthcare / regulatory dependent sector is desirable.
Required Skills:

Develop functional strategic plans in alignment with the corporate strategic goals
Deliver ‘best in class’ business results through innovative customer focused solutions
Drive end-to-end business improvements with measurable results: financial, quality and cycle time
Understand the linkages in supply chain from demand planning through delivery to customer
Build interdependent partnerships to optimize value proposition with limited authority.
Lead and develop high performing cross functional teams and successfully manage in a matrix organization.
Create and sustain a culture of quality and compliance that encourages open communication, reporting noncompliant actions, taking corrective action and holding self/others accountable.
Language: English is mandatory. Spanish is highly desirable.
Certifications: MBA and APICS are a plus
Travel percentage: 10 - 20%
