About the Role :

This critical role offers you high visibility across multiple lines of business, and the opportunity to have a significant impact on Oracle sales professionals across {Region}. Performance Partners work closely with sales leadership to understand sales performance needs and priorities, diagnose a variety of business challenges, and design and position enablement plans. We are looking for an experienced professional, adept at navigating complex and matrixed organizations. You will be a consultative business partner, and able to secure executive sponsorships to measurably improve sales efficiency.

Your success will be measured by your ability to:

  • establish executive relationships and grow them into trusted partnerships

  • convert your relationships into adoption of critical initiatives

  • apply your understanding of sales needs to design and position relevant training programs

  • develop and implement an internal business plan that illustrates how you will achieve your objectives

Successful Performance Partners :

Engage: Partner with Sales leadership to understand their needs and communicate the measurable value of the offerings to address those needs. Establish and develop references, testimonials, and champions as evidence of potential impact to sales productivity across {Region}.

Problem Solve: Uncover barriers to performance, navigate a complex business environment, and find ways to overcome obstacles that impede sellers from making investments in enablement.

Collaborate and Plan: Establish proactive plans and proposals that use creative thinking to address performance and productivity needs. Be viewed as someone who can be counted on to deliver effective enablement solutions to sales executives, and be a trusted business partner, earning a seat at the “strategy table.”

Develop and Grow: Demonstrate a growth mindset by committing to your professional development. Identify gaps in your skills and take initiative to use Oracle’s resources to continually up-level your capabilities.

Desired ability and experience :

  • 5+ years in technology/application/services Sales experience

  • 5+ years of proven experience successfully calling on executives/C-levels, with a track record of establishing strategic relationships/partnerships

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to establish and manage large, strategic account plans

  • Outstanding verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

  • Live in or close to {Insert acceptable hub locations}
