Are you ready to steer the future of corporate spaces? CBRE, the global frontrunner in real estate services, is seeking a Project Management Virtuoso for our vibrant team in Bogotá, Colombia .

Position : Project Manager

Qualifications :

• A completed degree in Architecture or Engineering .

• Advanced English proficiency is essential.

• Proficient in Office Suite and Microsoft Project .

Experience :

• 3 to 5 years in a comparable role.

• Experience in corporate projects, including office renovations and facilities management , is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently .

• Familiarity with LEED principles is advantageous.

• PMI knowledge or PMP certification will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee project phases from acquisition to planning, contracting, and execution .

• Supplier management and ensuring project completion within scope and budget .

• Financial oversight , including billing, expense control, and budgeting.

• Collaborate across various business units .

Skills :

• Exceptional client service , strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills are paramount.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5:00 pm (on-site presence required). Flexibility in scheduling is appreciated.
