Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources - General in BOCA RATON, Florida, 33487, United States. The role includes a wide range of responsibilities from curriculum development to compliance, utilizing adult learning theories and pedagogy to create training materials. You will be expected to utilize your skills in Human Resources (HR) Administration, Workstation Support, Best Practices, Methodology, Principles, and Ensure Accuracy, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Implement best practices and principles of curriculum development.

• Apply understanding of adult learning theories and pedagogy in the creation of training materials.

• Provide technical expertise, evaluate content and make recommendations for integrating all aspects of corporate training programs into business operations.

• Review and approve documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness and to mitigate risk.

• Utilize strong knowledge and experience in applying adult learning theories to develop multi-modal training solutions.

• Measure the effectiveness of training programs using Kirkpatrick or any other industry standard model.

• Provide analytical support for the design and development of training curricula or courseware standards.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience in Human Resources or similar role

• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)

• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS or HRMS)

• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

• Strong ethics and reliability

• Ability to develop and implement training programs and materials

• Familiarity with adult learning theory and curriculum development

• Strong understanding of business operations

• Ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and data

• Knowledge of best practices and HR administration principles

• Ability to support workstation and provide necessary resources

• Strong knowledge of compliance and mitigation methods

• Familiarity with design controls and their implementation in a workplace setting

• Ability to review and improve HR policies and procedures.
