Description We are currently in need of a diligent and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida, in the service industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, and responding to emails. You'll also interact with various customer job platforms and manage dispatches for new rentals.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming communication from all customers

• Respond promptly and in a detail-oriented manner to customer emails

• Engage with various customer platforms such as Facility Source, Comfort Systems, and Direct Supply

• Manage dispatches for new rentals and process off-rent requests

• Ensure all customer-related tasks are executed accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a self-managed and reliable work environment

• Offer a high-quality customer service experience to all customers

• Utilize your inside sales skills to enhance customer interaction. Requirements • Possess strong inside sales skills.

• Proven track record in a customer service role within the service industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn about new products and services to improve sales skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a related field is a plus.

• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to maintain a detail oriented and positive attitude in a high-stress situation.

• Flexibility in working hours as customer service may require working in shifts.
