CHG Healthcare Billing Sales Manager / Recruiter in Boca Raton, Florida

Manage and implement sales process to create and sustain a high performance team. Responsible for a personal book of business and the supervision of one or more recruiters.

  • Participate in hiring, training and development of a productive sales team

  • Develop and implement individual training to increase production of team and implement successful processes

  • Meet with team daily and weekly to review progress and strategies

  • Assist with translation of analysis results to sales objectives/strategies

  • Assist with monitoring and analyzing work product to ensure appropriate QI/RM standard

  • Manage candidate pools

  • Assist with development of action plan for achievement and individual team members

  • Assist team members in organization, prioritization, and planning of work objectives

  • Training

  • Perform Account Executive duties 65% of time

  • Identify, document and resolve team challenges

  • Excellent positive communication skills

  • Effective negotiation skills

  • Full knowledge of processes, sales, and customer service techniques

  • Understanding of selling techniques and customer needs analysis

  • Successful experience in sales/sales management

  • College level education or equivalent experience

  • Successful sales experience in a professional or technical field

  • Ability to train and motivate sales/sales support team members to achieve production goals

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives, increase sales and market share

  • Promote and maintain team effort among sales/sales support staff

  • Analyze business trends/indicators and create successful business plans

Preferred Skills:

  • College degree

  • Experience in the medical field or health care industry

  • Experience in the staffing industry
