About our team:

We provide technical leadership, strategy, software design and development, support and operations for the Business Services and Government business units within LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Within Business Services we provide solutions that use vast data sets and advanced analytics to evaluate and predict risk. Use cases include Credit Risk, Fraud and Identity, Financial Crime and Compliance, Due Diligence and Collections. Within our Government division we work closely with Government and law enforcement agencies. These agencies trust us for superior data, linking capabilities, and analytic products to reduce fraud, support revenue recovery, solve crimes and make this a safter country to live in.

About the job:

Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to executives and nonexecutive employees or groups in the organization

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Acting as the gatekeeper for calendar management to avoid calendar conflicts

  • Arranging business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and completes expense reports for executive and his direct reports

  • Using business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.

  • Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and email

  • Coordinating Office Activities, lunches, meetings

  • Organize, coordinate and running quarterly Town Halls over MS Teams and MS Teams Live Events

  • Experience collaborating across large teams to create newsletters

  • Create organizational charts with MS Visio

  • Create MS PowerPoint Presentations for Town Halls and other events

  • Organize global Hack-a-Thon

  • Organize company “Cares” events

  • Organize and coordinate offsite and Team Building meetings for 100+ attendees

  • Experience creating creative PowerPoint Presentation slides/templates

  • Ability to assist with drafting executive organizational announcements for distribution

  • Order swag for employees and events | The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, energetic and a strong collaborator

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience

  • High school diploma: Associate degree preferred

  • In-depth knowledge in Microsoft Office suite of products including, but not limited to, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Requires the ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment

  • Capable of analyzing complex information requests

  • Adaptability/flexibility
