Leading real estate company in the Boca area is looking for a Division Accountant. They provide a fantastic culture, room for growth and great benefits! salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

As a Division Accountant, you would be responsible for:

• preparing month end closes

• financial statement preparation

• journal entries

• analysis of balance sheet accounts

• cash management

• review of property management financial statement package

• follow and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• proficiency in Excel and accounting software systems

• real estate/construction/joint venture industry experience preferred

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or other related field

• Minimum of 3 -5 years experience in accounting and full financial statement preparation

Skills

• Month-End Close (3 years of experience is required)

• Financial Statements (3 years of experience is required)

• balance sheets

• cost accounting

• GAAP (3 years of experience is required)

• Cash Management
