Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Description of Job: Provide customer service for new and existing merchants processing credit cards; Provide customer support to financial institutions; Provide support and engage in the troubleshooting of processing hardware and software when processing problems arise; Address questions concerning merchant statement including fees, processing rates, statement terminology and layout; Facilitate and perform general maintenance on accounts including cancellation processes, bank information updates and business name changes; Fulfill supply orders; Establish new merchant accounts including program/ship hardware, oversee software installations, compile and ship welcome kits and train merchants in person or over the telephone; Facilitate rate reviews; Provide occasional back-up coverage to manager as assigned, including dispatching calls and routing risk emails; Perform courtesy outbound calls to merchants regarding PCI, equipment EOL and level of service; Perform other miscellaneous customer service tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements: High School diploma (or foreign equivalent).
