Description We are seeking a diligent HR Assistant to join our team based in Bluffton, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting visitors, managing office filing systems, and coordinating employee communications. This role also involves training on our orientation presentation to serve as a back up to the HR Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Assist visitors at the office window and answer the buzzer for visitors at the gate

• Maintain office filing systems and organization of employee communication boards

• Collect employee signatures on job descriptions for a special project

• Train on our orientation presentation to serve as a back up to the HR Coordinator

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

• Utilize technology effectively to complete tasks

• Multitask and work independently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail

• Exhibit high organizational skills and the ability to learn new things quickly

Skills:

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, and Benefit Functions

• Knowledge of Compensation Administration, Compliance, and Employee Relations

• Ability to work with Microsoft Office products. Requirements

• Strong understanding of Compliance procedures in HR

• Proven skills in managing Employee Relations

• Ability to use modern HR tools and technology effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
