Novitex Software Project Manager in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 29546 About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project requirements, develop project plans, and execute project activities. Your leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving project success and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Essential Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, including resource allocation, task assignments, and risk management strategies, to achieve project objectives within constraints. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and sponsors. Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and performance metrics, identifying variances, risks, and issues, and implementing corrective actions and mitigation strategies as needed. Manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and materials, to optimize resource utilization and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, sponsors, and senior management through regular status reports, presentations, and meetings. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and knowledge sharing to enhance project delivery capabilities. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as relevant regulatory requirements, throughout the project lifecycle. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment and promoting professional development and growth.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Proven experience in project management roles, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction. Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality management, with proficiency in project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, or PRINCE2. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, build consensus, and resolve conflicts. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams, motivate team members, and drive collaboration and accountability to achieve project goals. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop and implement practical solutions to address challenges and mitigate risks. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet, and familiarity with project management frameworks, processes, and tools. Project management certification, such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 Practitioner, preferred.

"The pay range for this position starts at $100000.00 anually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
