Landscapers/Groundskeepers. Blue Bell Meadows LLC has 10 openings. Temp/FT. 04/16/24-11/26/24. Work location 711 Boehms Church Rd, Blue Bell, PA 19422. Cut grass, tees, fairways, roughs, club house lawns, street berms, bunker faces, seed divots, lay sod, care for sand traps, hand rake, water & fertilize and any other related tasks. Perform physical activities such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials, use static strength to exert maximum muscle/force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 75 lbs. All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. Work Monday through Friday varies. Saturdays required when necessary. OT Varies. Employer will provide workers at no charge, all tools, supplies & equipment required to perform the job. 40 hrs p/wk. 6am-2:30pm, M-F $18.71/hr+OT(varies)@$28.07/hr. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Payday bi-wkly. Payroll deductions as required by law. Advances and/or loans, if any, may be re-paid by authorized payroll deductions. Merit pay raises may be available at the employer's discretion. Must verify 3 months of experience as a landscaping laborer. No min education required. No OTJ training will be provided. Employer paid criminal background and drug test prior to employment. Reasonable & most economical/common carrier transportation costs for both out-of town and H-2B workers living abroad to the place of employment will be reimbursed in the full amount as required by DOL regulations when and if the worker completes half of the employment period. Upon completion of contract or where worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation back home, except where worker will not return due to subsequent employment w/another employer. H-2B workers will be reimbursed, in the first workweek, for all visa: visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, include those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
