Job Title: Sr. Segment Marketing Manager Job Id: 32300051 Duration: 6 Months Work Location: Bloomington, MN 55425 (3311 East Old Shakopee Road) OR 100% Remote Pay Rate: $50-$60/hr We re looking for someone to partner closely with our US Large Enterprise & Public Sector sales leaders to help drive the strategy, development, and execution of innovative, buyer-focused programs to generate interest, pipeline, and revenue growth in North America. As a strategic member of the Americas Growth Marketing Team, you ll have the opportunity to design and support a full funnel go-to-market strategy for the US Large Enterprise & Public Sector sales teams from demand creation, to demand capture, demand acceleration, and demand support. Responsibilities: Build deep relationships and establish credibility with sales leadership and sales teams to understand and help deliver on sales team priorities and goals Develop, execute, and optimize strategic marketing programs and campaigns, including communicating program details to enable stakeholders Partner with the Corporate Marketing team, including content marketing, marketing operations, events, PR, and brand to co-develop and execute programs and initiatives Track the market for trends, benchmarks, opportunities, best practices, tools/platforms, and use that information to make recommendations to improve performance and direction of strategy Communicate feedback from the field back into the marketing organization to ensure the field has the tools and messaging they need to sell effectively Provide project leadership and work directly on projects as group or department needs dictate Qualifications: Eight or more years of B2B marketing experience Previous experience collaborating with multiple, highly driven sales teams as demonstrated through a solid understanding of sales cycles and sales tool development A self-starter that can work independently or as part of a matrixed marketing environment Strong analytical skills, and demonstrable experience synthesizing data and making strategic decisions using Salesforce, PowerBI, intent data, etc. Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively share ideas and lead discussions with a wide variety of audiences Experience designing and managing multi-channel B2B marketing programs targeting large enterprise level accounts. Must have hands-on experience building integrated marketing plans and managing marketing campaigns and tactics to completion inclusive of performance improvement retrospectives. Ability to articulate the design and orchestration of 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 Account Based Marketing engagements is a bonus. Education: University/College degree or related experience.
