Description As the Senior Director, HR & Employee Relations, you will partner with members of the HR team and leaders across the organization to assess existing policies, programs, processes and practices, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and drive innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. In addition, this position will manage the HR Business Partner team. This is a full-time position and is based out of our corporate office in Bloomington. Revo Health is a management services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions. Essential Functions: Advise and provide strategic support to HR and business leaders across the organization on a range of employment law matters and policies across state and federal legislation. Advise HR and business leaders on the full range of employment matters related to the employee life cycle. Evaluate employment policies, programs, processes, and practices to assess and execute priorities. Review audit results to help ensure compliance in partnership with stakeholders. Draft, review and/or negotiate a wide range of employment-related agreements, templates and other documents, Cultivate a culture of collaboration, learning and ongoing process improvement across the broader HR team. Partner with HR leadership to lead the strategic vision and planning for the HR team overseeing department meetings and the strategic planning process and ongoing execution of efforts. Assist with due diligence, negotiation of employment-related agreements in connection with integrations and partnerships. Advise on employment-related inquiries, and lead any related litigation, mediations and/or settlements of employment-related disputes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage cross-functional projects with a team-oriented approach to mitigate employment law risk and proactively find solutions to those issues. Liaise with outside counsel on employment matters to convert feedback into actionable internal guidance. Work with HR Business Partners on talent review and succession planning. Consult with leaders to provide strategic solutions as needed. Oversee and manage employee engagement and performance management programs and initiatives. Other duties as dictated by business need. Education and Experience Requirements: Law degree and registration as an attorney preferred. Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, industrial relations or related field preferred. 7+ years of experience in employment/labor law and the ability to apply knowledge pragmatically. Experience in developing compliance programs and training, negotiating contracts, and conducting internal investigations. Excellent business judgment and communication skills, including the ability to proactively analyze risks and provide business-minded advice and recommendations to thoughtfully drive continued success and growth. Utilizes data and analytics to draw relevant insights and drive business decisions in partnership with HR COE leaders. Hands-on experience partnering with and advising HR team members and other key stakeholders across multiple divisions on a broad range of employment matters. Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams. Passion to work hard in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines.
