The Toro Company Senior Analyst- Inventory & Data Management - The Toro Company in Bloomington, Minnesota

What Will You Do?  

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: 

  • Managing the weekly Integrated Tactical Planning (Sales & Operations Execution) process for the RLC division with cross-functional team including sales, demand planning, marketing and supply chain

  • Review and analyze gaps in production planning with plants and demand planning team; ensure inventory is within acceptable range of tolerance

  • Maintain master data and facilitate data uploads to demand planning and IBP tool

  • Leverage IBP tool to monitor and report inventory flow

  • Generate daily plan for product transfers from Plants to Distribution Centers and allocation to customers

  • Monitor progress of shipments and rework; coordinate execution with Plants & DCs

  • Track and Monitor production, shipments, inventory in off-site locations

  • Maintain customer online tables based on product availability; update ETA dates for online SKUs

  • Approve memo bills based on product availability

  • Work on continuous improvement projects and manufacturing transfers, monitor inventory during product transitions

  • This role will be a mix of tactical planning (50%) and operational planning (50%)

    What Do You Need?  

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in supply chain, engineering, business administration, or a related field.

  • 5 years of related work experience

  • Strong foundational understanding of Supply Chain concepts and application

  • Experience with SAP, Data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik View etc), Forecasting & IBP tools preferred.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience with databases and spreadsheets.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.

  • Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree, APICS or other supply chain Certification.
