As a Sales Program Manager, you will be a key member of our Strategic Sales Team within Mobile Solutions Aftermarket. This role is ideal for someone that is self-driven and a dynamic worker with the strong ability to multitask and manage time. This role is part sales support and part customer success management, dedicated to large, established accounts, working in lockstep with our team of National Account Managers. On any given day, this role works closely with the customer, as well as with our Customer Service, Field Sales, Product Development, Order Management, and Finance teams. Areas of focus include: Customer communication: updates on program changes, participation in business review meetings Sales/pricing programs: implementation of customer discount programs, resolving pricing discrepancies, management of customer rebates Data management: reviewing sales data, coordinating complex pricing programs This is an exciting opportunity on a great team, with potential for future development and advancement within one or more of our sister teams. No travel required, but occasional opportunities may arise, especially as part of customer development or professional growth Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of Sales, Customer Service, or Project Management experience High school diploma Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and communication skills Excellent working knowledge of MS Office packages, especially Excel Experience with data or order management systems (e.g. Oracle or EDI) and CRM systems Previous OEM or distribution channel experience would be beneficial for this role Key words: customer service, engine, end users, distributors, sales support #LI-Hybrid Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
