About our group: RD Logistics department has responsibility for enabling faster delivery of RD experiments in a high-volume Wafer manufacturing facility. This enables Seagate's strategy of delivering ever larger capacity storage including next generation HAMR drives to our customers. About the role - you will: Collectand analyze cycle time data Observe and interviewoperators to understand barriers to success Mapbusiness processes CollectStakeholder input to design solutions Implementsolutions in a timely manner Present findings and solutions to Management Manageseveral projects in parallel About you: Ability to communicate vertically and horizontally through numerous channels, utilize cross-functional network to complete goals Ability to communicate and collaborate with global teams Ability to build relationships and influence cross functional teams Self-starter who can build relationships and use judgement when working with partners to ensure effective outcomes. Ability to be flexible and work effectively with ambiguity and change Your experience includes: Strong data processing and visualization skills (MS Excel, etc.) Creative problem solving Working across department to solve complex problems BS with an engineering or science major Location: Our Normandale campus spans two suburbs, Edina and Bloomington, and serves as the Recording Head development and manufacturing arm of Seagate.
