Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager Consultant with our client in the transportation industry in their Bloomington, MN. location. This is a 12 + month contract position. Description: Seeking a Project Manager Our client is on a journey to becoming the best IT organization in the airline industry, a journey of transformation. They are changing the way we do business from top to bottom as we strive to create meaningful and innovative solutions and are looking for team members to help us realize our vision Responsibilities: Manage the resources, scope, and deliverables of assigned projects, middle to high levels of complexity Plan and monitor project tasks, identify risks, identify issues, and drive resolution of issues. The P will build project plan schedules by using project management tools, accounts/tracks resources, deliverables, milestones, and identifying critical paths Manage interdependencies with other HR and IT workstreams, resources, deliverables, and initiatives Identify and manage scope creep while providing succinct and clear status presentations to all levels of management Facilitate and document workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings Identify deliverables that are in and out of scope Facilitate project tea sessions Manage scope change Facilitate change management related to project Identify roadblocks and secure leadership influence to remove Ensure resources are effectively utilized Manage projects using best practices Identify and manage risk Track and report project status Measure project goal Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, technical field, education, or science/math 5+ years of project management experience required 2+ HR system implementation experience preferably with SAP/SuccessFactors HR experience preferred SAP/SuccessFactors preferred Proficient in MS Office, including MS Project and Visio Demonstrated analytical and process engineering If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
