We're actively searching for a Principal Treasury Specialist - Foreign Exchange (FX) who has a passion for applying technical skills and theoretical or practical knowledge to run analyses, examine results with a critical eye, propose and implement hedging strategies to mitigate risk, and drive continuous process improvements. This role will play an important role in helping manage the company's foreign exchange (FX) hedging programs to ensure effective risk mitigation amidst volatile market and macro-economic environments. This role is ideal for someone that is comfortable collaborating with a global team, will offer ideas and proposals to the business, and is looking to make an impact. This person will work out of our Bloomington, MN office, on a hybrid schedule. Role Responsibilities: Work with treasury leadership to further advance the maturity of the Company's strategic approach to foreign exchange risk management Actively partner with regional finance leaders to develop, support, and execute hedging strategies (balance sheet and cash flow) designed to mitigate foreign exchange risk within and across the Company's global entities and business verticals Develop and implement new tools, models, and reports to review and assess the effectiveness of our existing hedging programs while monitoring unhedged exposures and positions In coordination with annual planning and ongoing forecasting activities, lead discussions with regional finance partners to review forecasted exposures in relation to existing hedge contacts to determine when new hedge contracts should be entered into Collaborate with treasury operations, financial reporting, and global consolidation teams to ensure accurate reporting of FX derivative contracts Maintain ISDA master agreements and related documentation to support regulatory compliance Initiate and lead projects/teams, drive actions to closure Other analytical project work as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in finance, accounting, business or business-related fields 5+ years of direct professional finance experience Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of derivatives, hedging principles, and GAAP Proficiency with Excel and financial modeling Collaborative worker and analytical thinker - ability to perform data and financial analysis, resolve problems, recognize improvement opportunities, and implement change Understanding of financial statements and the interactions between the P&L and Balance Sheet Certifications such as a CTP, CMA, CPA, MBA, or similar certification Experience with financial reporting and analysis systems/tools (such as BPC, Oracle BI, Tableau, and Treasury Management Systems such as FIS Integrity) Key words: Treasury, Foreign Exchange, FX, Derivatives, Hedging, Risk Management, GAAP, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting #LI-Hybrid Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
