Genesis10 is seeking an eLearning Designer for a contract with our client in Bloomington, MN. Consultants have the ability to work three days per week remotely. Job Description: Our client is transforming to become the leading IT organization in the airline industry, focusing on innovation and meaningful solutions. They seek a talented professional to help realize this vision by developing engaging and interactive learning solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop highly engaging and interactive learning experiences using industry-standard eLearning software. Apply graphic design principles to create practical, application-based learning solutions. Acquire and implement new technology skills in instructional design practices. Participate in various eLearning initiatives focused on IT learning and development. Required Basic Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design or Instructional Design. Experience designing, developing, and building blended learning experiences in a collaborative team environment. Expertise in graphic design tools and instructional design methodologies. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. Ability to develop graphics and layouts for various formats (PDF, web-based training, e-books). Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory. Knowledge of digital asset management and content distribution methods. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
