Job Description

Candidates will be working in a job shop environment that primarily serves the Aerospace and Defense industries and is gradually transitioning to medical manufacturing. Most parts are small enough to hold in your hand. Candidates will be working on Citizen, Star, or Nexturn Swiss Machines. Production runs range from 100 to 1500 pieces, with cycle times typically around 3 to 5 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC Swiss machines, including Citizen, Star, and Nexturn models.

• Run parts from start to end, taking ownership of the entire process.

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise machining.

• Utilize calipers and micrometers for accurate measurements.

• Maintain quality control throughout the machining process.

Essential Skills

• Experience with CNC Swiss machines

• CNC setup skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Familiarity with aerospace and defense industry standards

• Proficiency with calipers and micrometers

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
