Description

We are in search of a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk for our team. The role is located in Bloomington, Minnesota, and will be part of the Accounts Payable team. The position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and is primarily engaged in the processing and reconciliation of accounts payable transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.

• Review and process detailed invoices with a low volume but high attention to detail.

• Utilize SAP software for transaction processing and other related tasks.

• Perform data entry tasks related to invoice processing.

• Regularly monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary.

• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.

• Use Microsoft Excel for data reporting and analysis.

• Handle invoice discrepancies and ensure all invoices are coded correctly.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices

• Proficiency in Data Entry and Invoice Processing

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of SAP

• Ability to handle Invoice Discrepancies and manage Invoice Data

• Open to individuals with varying years of experience, including those just beginning their career

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
