If you are an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in urban or transportation planning, then consider joining our team this upcoming summer in Bloomington, Minnesota! As a member of our growing planning team, you will collaborate with a group of talented architecture, engineering, and planning professionals in an energizing work environment to further advance our planning and community engagement services. You will become engaged in all aspects of the planning and design process, starting with community and stakeholder engagement to planning documentation. The ideal candidate would be available to work 40 hours per week with occasional overtime throughout the summer of 2025 from mid-May through mid-August. This position would primarily work from our office or an assigned project site; however, there may be instances in which this position would be provided with flexible / hybrid work arrangements. Out-of-state students are encouraged to apply and may be eligible for housing assistance. Required Qualifications Undergraduate pursuing an accredited degree in urban/regional or transportation planning or related field. Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a team environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Prior experience or training with ArcGIS. Advantageous Qualifications Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design applications. Prior experience conducting technical data research and analysis.
