We-re looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join our team as New Business Development for our Demolition division.

Job Classification:

• Exempt

• Daytime Hours

• Monday - Friday

• Up to 25% Travel

  Essential Job Functions:

• Identify and Target New Business Opportunities:

  Research and identify potential clients, projects, and markets to expand the reach of our Demolition division.

• Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

  Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

• Create and Present Proposals:

  Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our services, value propositions, and competitive advantages.

• Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals:

  Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives while securing profitable contracts.

• Collaborate with Internal Teams:

  Work closely with project managers, engineers, and the operations team to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Stay Informed on Industry Trends:

  Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

  Qualifications:

• Travel is up to 25% of the time

• Must have at least 3 years' experience in a role with New Business Development.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, at a changing pace

• Goal oriented, with a drive to create change and have an impact on situations or events

• Physical Requirements: Standing or sitting for longer periods of time, bending, walking, scooping, twisting, turning, and climbing.
