Call Center staff will be updating claim information, assisting with filing of new claims, and helping with other claimant needs. MUST HAVE: HOME COMPUTER WITH 8GB RAM or more (Please check your computer before applying) High speed, broadband Internet (no satellite, hot spot, or shared Wi-Fi connections) Hard-wired Internet connection to your router (must be able to prove) Windows10 desktop or laptop less than 5 years old (No tablets, No Chromebooks, No Macs)Location: Must be a resident of Illinois (work is remote)Start date: June 1, 2021Duration: 4 months with possible extensionBonuses: Performance based pay increases plus STAY INCENTIVEWork Shifts: (You will be asked to provide your shift preference choices.) 7:30 am 4:00 pm 8:30 am 5:00 pm 10:30 am 7:00 pmMust also have:A mailing address in Illinois where letters and packages can be safely acceptedA workspace free from noise or disruptionsA 7-year, limited, criminal history background check conducted by Briljent and clearedNo previous experience on this projectA positive attitude and strong work ethicSkills and Experience: Previous call center experience or successful customer service experience.
