Cigna, a leading Health Services company, is looking for exceptional Intelligent Automation Team Leader’s in our Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you will actively partner with Intelligent Automation COE leadership, business stakeholders, operational excellence teams, subject matter experts, application delivery teams as well as your development team’s on initiatives that support Cigna's strategic goals centered on using intelligent automation tools (RPA, RDA, IDP, OCR/ICR, NLP, AI, ML, Chabot’s etc) to help improve operational efficiency, enhance capacity utilization and improve stakeholder experiences across the Cigna enterprise. As an Intelligent Automation Leader, you will help deliver technology solutions on an enterprise-wide scale that drive significant business value. You will work in an agile environment delivering user-oriented solutions utilizing cutting edge technologies.
Lead high performing teams
Hire and retain strong intelligent automation talent
Inspire engineering teams to take risks and manage them
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Understanding business products and defining high-level needs
Partner with the business on driving strategy and delivering on their product roadmap, provide technical leadership
Provide your team with insight into the product roadmap and articulate technical direction and considerations partnering with solution architects
Encourage your team to start with the end in mind
Obsess with optimizing the product to achieve business goals while maximizing return on investment and business value
Intelligent automation capabilities and architecture
Developing rock-solid, scalable intelligent automation solutions
Drive opportunities to revolutionize workflow and business processes with robotics, machine learning, and AI
Enforce modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test driven development in line with Cigna standards

Solid experience in software development and management
Prior experience working with intelligent automation tools – especially robotics
Knowledge and experience with agile development process a must
Prior experience with application delivery or solution architecture is required
Familiarity with AWS, cloud native application development or cloud data storage and access
Demonstrated experience with thorough problem solving and analytical skills, combined with strong business acumen
Prior experience with business process automation
Prior entrepreneurial or startup experience is desirable
DevOps and CICD technologies experience is desirable
This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
