Cel stanowiska:

Stażysta/ka w Dziale Jakości Klienta będzie ściśle współpracować z Inżynierami Jakości w celu usprawniania procesów, uzyskiwania dobrych wyników jakościowych oraz zadowolenia klienta.

Kluczowe obowiązki:

• Przeprowadzanie analiz jakościowych z wykorzystaniem narzędzi jakościowych,

• Tworzenie raportów 8D,

• Zbieranie i analiza danych jakościowych,

• Nadzór i aktualizacja bazy danych klientów,

• Nadzór nad wdrażaniem zmian w produkcie/procesie,

• Weryfikowanie kosztów reklamacji.

• Student lub absolwent kierunku technicznego,

• Dostępność 5 dni w tygodniu,

• Chęć rozpoczęcia pracy i zdobycia doświadczenia zawodowego,

• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2,
