Job purpose:

Product Engineer - Electrical is responsible for leading alternative component worst case circuit analysis and analyzing of electrical changes to various types of electronic products (component & design).

Key responsibilities

• Defining Customer Outline Drawing content and follow drawing updates release process.

• Presenting / Notifying customers of changes

• Compiling / Customization of Validation Reports for customers

• As customer main interface, be the link between BW Engineering and Customer Engineering : cover customer communication including developing communication strategy

• Managing change implementation process

• Supporting Product Development team, quality and warranty activities

What we are looking for:

• Master Degree in Electromechanical or related field

• Experience in customer contact.

• Basic understanding of Automotive environment.

• Language: English

• Experience with Technical Drawings

• Ability to work effectively interacting with multiple people in multiple teams.

• Skills for clear communication

• Good perception of customer expectations - Ability to understand the message.

• Flexibility to adjust to different customers

• Flexibility to travel internationally
