Functional Safety Engineer

Location: Błonie

Job description

• Coordinating, and implementing functional safety in customer projects in production phase

• Handling risk assessments, concept creation and safety analyses (e.g. FMEA, FTA)

• Implementation of FS activities (related to production) in the control plan

• Identifies changes that impact the safety case (after release for production)

• Moderating and participating in technical reviews

• Compiling documentation after the security process as well as presenting any results\

• Referring the changes that impact the safety case to the Functional Safety organization

  Our requirements

• Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, vehicle technology, telematics or similar. Master’s degree and PhD preferred

• Highly proficient in the fields of:

• Functional safety (ISO 26262, IEC 61508 or similar)

• Requirements and quality management

• Software and hardware development for an automotive environment

• Safety analysis

• Enthusiasm for automotive development and technical innovation as well as an interest in functional safety

• Flexible, proactive, structured and detail-oriented working style

• Strong communication, organizational and team-working skills

• Proficient English
