Miejsce pracy: Pass k. Błonia

Zakres obowiązków:

• Przyjęcie towaru do magazynu zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami

• Przyjęcia i wyjaśnianie niezgodności dostaw w systemie SAP

• Tworzenie i wydawanie dokumentów wysyłkowych

• Rozliczanie godzin pracowników w systemie Access

• Wsparcie pracowników magazynu w sprawach kadrowych (tworzenie list obecności, udostępnianie wniosków, podań, kontakt z działem HR)

• Prowadzenie i archiwizacja dokumentów przyjęć i wydań

• Dbałość o porządek i przestrzegania procedur w obszarze przyjęć

Wymagania:

• Gotowość do pracy w systemie 3zmianowym

• Dobra organizacja pracy

• Łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów i umiejętność pracy w zespole

• Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office

• Doświadczenie w pracy na magazynie w obszarze przyjęć min. pół roku
