The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the most important production sites for group shampoos. Every day, we produce more than 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie® and Old Spice®. Our site is highly automated with a state-of-the-art level of technology of the cosmetics industry. Your goal will be to develop your own abilities through work experience, tutoring and training.
As part of the Packaging Department, you will be involved in the development of a "Zero qualification strategy" continuous improvement project aimed at developing a digital simulation test model as part of the launch of the manufacturing process for our new products at the Blois site (manufacturing, packaging, transport, etc.). Your objective? To understand, rationalize and optimize physical product launch tests using a digital simulation system. You will be working with a team of experts based in France and the United States.
Missions
- Collect, analyse and map current test processes- Develop a digital test simulation model- Fit for use phase: adapt the model to our manufacturing process- Simulation model testing phase- Validation of a confidence index- Deployment of the model on the Blois site

Job Qualifications
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE/ARE :
Master's degree, year 4/5 in an engineering school or university
Available at least 4 months up to 6 months
Field: Processes, materials, automation, industrial engineering
Good understanding of software and how it works
Ability to make proposals
Level French & English at least B2 required
