The Estee Lauder Companies Manager, North America & Global Salon Channel Marketing - Aveda in Blaine, Minnesota
Description
The main purpose of this position is to develop Marketing programs for Aveda salons globally to drive recruitment of new guests. This role reports to the Executive Director Salon Channel Marketing
Responsibilities:
Deliver effective marketing programs that deliver results including but not limited to in-salon collateral, visual merchandising, marketing toolkits, sampling strategy, etc.
Communicate and execute campaigns to drive traffic to salons with focus on sell through
Ensure that campaigns are focused on owners, stylists and professionals
Review and adjust professional treatment strategies for maximum impact within salons globally
Ensure campaigns are developed to meet needs of all regions
Effectively communicate execution strategies including in-salon guest experiences
Qualifications
5+ years professional marketing campaign development experience
Professional license is a plus
Solid understanding of the salon markets
Professional centric mindset to improve business growth
Exhibit strong analytical skills and detail orientation with strong problem-solving capabilities
Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take complete ownership of projects
Must have ability to think strategically and to conceptualize and implement new ideas
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with others and drive a timeline
Strong organization and project management skills
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Excellent team player with the ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally
