Front Desk Administrative Assistant Part-Time 11:30 am 5:00 pm Monday Friday $23.00 - $26.00 per hour Job Summary Streamworks is seeking a professional, hardworking, and organized Front Desk Administrative Assistant who is committed to personal growth and development. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Front Desk Provide coverage as the main receptionist 11:30am-5:00pm, M-F. Greet clients and visitors, following Streamworks Information Security (IS) policies, and notify the appropriate employees of their arrival. Register visitors and approved vendors in third-party software, distributing applicable badges. Answer and direct telephone calls to appropriate employees or department Manage general voicemail inbox daily, routing messages appropriately. Daily Security Badge Reconciliation for all incoming and outgoing visitors or employees Company store fulfillment and inventory including uniforms Manage office supply inventory, keeping costs within budget. Backup postage administrative assistant Distribute mail to the appropriate mail room boxes on a daily basis Maintain front office area, ensuring it remains neat and presentable Administrative Assistant Data entry as needed to assist multiple departments Create posters, communication materials, and celebratory signs (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries) using Canva Provide administrative support to multiple departments including data entry, filing, preparing and assembling materials Administrative duties include, creating fillable forms, documents, power point presentations, communication pieces, and booklets using Word, Power Point, Canva, and Adobe often from a draft Maintain corporate apparel store. Work with Marketing to add seasonal apparel items. Coordinate with embroidery and screen printing. Navigate Shopify ecommerce platform Coordinate packing and shipping of materials for marketing and sales departments. Maintain direct mail samples in marketing room and reorder samples as needed Manages inventory and distribution of marketing materials and promotional products Compiles content for the company newsletter coordinating layout and design with production Coordinate new employee business cards Testing ADP links and documents for Human Resources Assemble orientation and open enrollment packets
