Join a fast-paced and growing team as a CNC mill setup technician! We are seeking a highly skilled individual with expertise in setting up CNC mills and ensuring quality production. If you're passionate about machining, have experience with G&M codes, and are looking for a long-term opportunity, this is the perfect position for you. Location: Blaine, MN Wage: $25/hr. - $32/hr. Hours: 5 am 3:30 pm, Monday Thursday Some overtime on Fridays Benefits of the CNC mill setup technician: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, critical illness, Teladoc available upon completion of the enrollment period The company will pay 100% of the employee's Medical Insurance premiums once you are hired on! 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Room for advancement Stable shop with long-term customers Clean shop Newer equipment Duties of the CNC mill setup technician: Set up CNC mills with minimal to no assistance Upload and run CNC programs Ensure parts meet all quality specifications through inspection using hand tools Perform shop math calculations as required Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment Work with G&M codes to ensure efficient operations Inspect completed parts and maintain production quality Requirements of the CNC mill setup technician: 3+ years of experience in setting up CNC mills Certificate or diploma in Machining, Toolmaking, or a related trade Strong understanding of G&M codes Ability to upload programs to CNC machines Proficient in using hand inspection tools Fanuc Controller and Haas experience is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight production schedules Additional Information: Apply today!
