Principales Responsabilités:

• Satisfaire les demandes de nos clients

• Traiter des dossiers aériens imports dans l'intégralité des opérations selon les règles du commerce et du transport international

• S'intégrer à la culture de notre entreprise

• Communiquer auprès des clients, du réseau et des transporteurs

• Comprendre et respecter les procédures internes et externes

• Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Thorough understanding of air shipment documentation process a plus

• Operations/Industry knowledge preferred but not required

• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.

• Pro-active, strong organizational skills.

• Proven analytical skills

• Good computer skills (Excel, Word).

• Fluent in English

• Work permit for European Union
