TITLE: SAP Basis Application Development Analyst
DUTIES: Implement project life cycle methodologies by researching, Installing, configuring, and upgrading SAP applications as per industry standards after analyzing the project requirements across BJ's SAP and Non-SAP systems including SAP ECC on ERP, Portal, SAP FIORI, SAP BW & BOBJ, SAP CAR & Solution manager on AWS Cloud, SAP Cloud Analytics and BODS. Design and implement new strategies to maintain optimal network performance & latest upgrades on the SAP landscape. Provide recommendations on SAP-related parameters and upgrading Operating system level updates. Responsible for new SAP systems build & installations, SAP S/4 HANA set up, configuring SLT Replication from S/4 HANA to CAR, System administration, version upgrades of SAP systems, building tomcat servers, Java support package upgrades, Oracle DB upgrade, performance tuning, client interactions, and new project proposals. Responsible for migrating SAP transports and developing Java API microservices and configurations to deploy on AWS. Implement cloud integration between SAP and Salesforce using the SAP BTP platform.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent plus 2 years experience as a Software Developer or related; 2 years experience in software development life cycle including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, and documentation, implementation of sap ecc, portal, Fiori, and business object systems; sap administration, 2 years experience with Java, Oracle DB, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SAP S4 Hana and AWS, PL/SQL, MySQL databases. Experience may be gained concurrently.
